Stir 2/3 cups of mix into 1 ¾ cups cold water or fruit juice on a medium saucepan. Bring to a full boil. Boil 1 minute stirring constantly with a wire whisk. Add 4 cups of fresh, well drained canned or frozen fruit if desired. Pour into a 9” baked shell; or cool and use as a topical glaze or parfait filling. To create a sauce, use 2 cups of water to start.
