Herbal Tea - Milk Plus
Nourishing blend of nutrient-rich herbs traditionally used to support a nursing mother. Tastes good enough to easily drink the recommended 2-4 cups a day.
Directions: Bring 1-quart water to boiling. Add 1-2 rounded tablespoons herbs to the hot water or pour hot water over herbs in a glass jar. Let sit, covered for 20-30 minutes. Strain through a sieve into a glass jar or pitcher. Sweeten with honey or other natural sweetener if desired.
Caution: People who are allergic to ragweed and other asteracea family members may also react to chamomile.
