Nourishing herbs to support a healthy momma during pregnancy. Mineral rich herbs, along with rest, good food, and gentle exercise have traditionally been used to support healthy pregnancy and labor. Best used on a daily basis ? many women drink a quart per day.
Directions: Bring 1-quart water to boiling. Add 1-2 rounded tablespoons herbs to the hot water or pour hot water over herbs in a glass jar. Let sit, covered for 20-30 minutes. Strain through a sieve into a glass jar or pitcher. Sweeten with honey or other natural sweetener if desired.
