Rice - Long Grain White (Producers) 50 lb
For 4 servings: 1 cup rice, 2 cups water, 1 tsp salt (optional), 1 TBLS butter (optional). Combine all ingredients, stir and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for approximately 15 minutes. Rice will be cooked when all liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes.
