Full cream Baby Swiss has a flavor similar to mild swiss, a nutty or buttery flavor. The holes tend to be about the size of a penny to a quarter. It is a full cream Swiss, so the flavor and texture is hard to beat. To maximize flavor of our cheese, leave the cheese to warm to room temperature before eating. The warming will also give a creamier texture.
