NH Complete Buttermilk Pancake Mix
The name says it all; you don't have to add anything but water! There is already powdered egg and powdered shortening in the mix. Also, the leavening is different from our other mixes so that the batter doesn't start to rise until it hits a hot griddle. It is also a little bit sweeter than the regular Buttermilk Pancake Mix. Go ahead… mix it up ahead and keep it in the fridge.
