NH Whole Wheat Pancake Mix
Whole wheat pancakes are natural high in fiber! But don't let that fool you ... they still taste yummy. Try mixing it up half and half with any of our other mixes to add some health to your life. Get ready for some hearty pancakes. There is also no added sugar so it is safe for diabetics.
Pancake Recipe: 2 cups pancake mix + 1 ¾ cups cold milk or milk substitute. (optional: 1 egg and/or 2 TBSP oil or melted butter).
Waffle Recipe: 2 cups pancake mix + 1 ¾ cups cold milk or milk substitute + 2 TBSP oil or melted butter + 2 eggs.
