1 lb Pizza Mix
1 cup plus 1 TBSP water
¼ oz dry yeast
Dissolve yeast in water. Add Pizza Mix. Mix with hook until the dough ball forms on low speed, about 2 minutes. Cover dough and let rise in warm place 5 minutes. Cut dough to proper size and spread dough on greased pan with fingers. Add toppings. Bake at 425ºF for 15-20 minutes.
