Salad Mix - Natural Dutch Potato

Natural Dutch Potato Salad Mix
8 cups cooked potatoes – diced (Russet potatoes, boiled in the skin, cooled then peeled and diced are preferred)
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup water
1 cup Natural Dutch Potato Salad mix
3-6 hard-boiled eggs – peeled and diced (optional)
Directions:
Cook, cool then peel and dice potatoes. Combine the mayonnaise, water and Natural Dutch Potato Salad Mix and mix thoroughly. Fold the eggs and potatoes into the dressing. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
