Soup Mix - Cheesy Potato
Recipe
Water or Milk 2 ½ cups
Cheesy Potato Soup Mix ¾ cup
Instructions:
Combine water or milk and Cheesy Potato Soup Mix in a saucepan.
Using a wire whisk, stir well over medium and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently, being careful to avoid scorching soup.
Remove from heat, cover, and allow to stand for 10 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
Check seasonings and serve.
