Herbal Tea - Respiratory
What’s better than a cup of tea when you’re feeling under the weather? A cup or two of Respiratory Tea. Enjoy this minty tea with herbs traditionally used to support healthy lung and respiratory tract function.
Directions: Bring 1-quart water to boiling. Add 1-2 rounded tablespoons herbs to the hot water or pour hot water over herbs in a glass jar. Let sit, covered for 20-30 minutes. Strain through a sieve into a glass jar or pitcher. Sweeten with honey or other natural sweetener if desired.
