Herbal Tea - Calc
A simple blend of nourishing herbs rich in minerals to support healthy teeth, bones, and hair. To extract the most minerals, allow the tea to steep 6-8 hours. Steeping for a shorter time will result in a better tasting tea.
Directions: Bring 1-quart water to near boiling. Add 1-2 rounded tablespoons herbs to hot water in pot or place herbs in a glass jar and pour hot water over herbs. Let sit, covered for 30-60 minutes. Strain through a sieve into a glass jar or pitcher. Sweeten with honey or other natural sweetener if desired. To extract more minerals, steep longer, up to 8 hours.
Caution: In excess lobelia herb can cause nausea and vomiting.
